We charge a $20 deposit for all NEW guests only. Card on file must be a valid card. If deposit is not paid by the end of day, your appointment will be cancelled. For all cancellations it’s 35% fee in 24 hours of the appointment. We charge 75% for same day cancellations or reschedules. As well as 100% for no-call/no show appointments. Rescheduled charges will apply to the next service you book. Meaning all fees are transferable to your next appointment. Too many same day cancellations or failed payments will result in being banned from booking a service. All guests will have an 10 minute grace period. Being later than 10 minutes to your service will be an add on of 10% of your service. If the stylist is late to the appointment, 10% will be taken off.
